The Z1 and Z2 are medical devices and require a valid prescription, written by a licensed professional, such as a physician. When you purchase your device directly through our company or with one of our distributors, a prescription will be obtained and your device will be programmed based upon that prescription.
If you require a different prescription or if your prescription changes you will need to provide a new prescription and contact the company where you purchased your device to have them re-program your device. We cannot legally change your prescription over the telephone or email. We cannot legally provide information advising you how to change your prescription.
